Please take the 10-12 Month Roadmap to Recovery Survey »  This confidential survey is a follow-up to the 6-month UP survey to track progress and problems and gather information about insurance and recovery.

UP Roadmap to Recovery Workshop
Wednesday September 12, 2018 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Unitarian Universalist Church, 547 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa
Topic: This workshop will cover deadlines in insurance policies and California law related to insurance claims, proof of damages and lawsuits.  See Flyer »
Who should attend? Homeowners whose insured homes were damaged or destroyed in the 2017 North Bay wildfires. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during a Q&A portion of the program.

SPECIAL REQUEST OF FIRE SURVIVORS:

Before the workshop, from 4:45-5:45pm, we will be setting up a private area for survivors to record a short video message about Roadmap to Recovery workshops, current insurance and recovery challenges, or a message to future wildfire survivors.

We encourage you to bring photos of your property at any stage. Our goal is to create a video compilation to thank the community foundations and donors that are supporting the Roadmap to Recovery program and a message of hope to future survivors. If you can participate, please email Emily Rogan at emily@uphelp.org.

We respect your time and will do our best to confirm a specific time slot before the workshop.

This United Policyholders’ Roadmap to Recovery™ workshop is cohosted by the City of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County. United Policyholders is a non-profit consumer organization informing and guiding people on the road to disaster recovery for over 25 years.
