Fire Survivors’ Rally for Insurance Justice
Friday, September 27, 2019
5pm – 7pm
Courthouse Square, Downtown Santa Rosa
Some Insurance Companies are allowing California Fire Survivors
to continue accessing the insurance benefits they paid for
so that they can finish rebuilding their homes and their lives. However:
State Farm, Nationwide, and other Insurance Companies Are
Cutting Off Access to Insurance Benefits
for Thousands of Fire Survivors
FIRE SURVIVORS NEED THEIR INSURANCE FUNDS TO REBUILD.
JOIN FIRE SURVIVORS TO RALLY FOR INSURANCE JUSTICE.
Help bring public awareness of this issue to
motivate State Farm, Nationwide, and other insurers
to do the right thing and agree to extend access to the
insurance benefits survivors are contractually entitled to–and paid for—
past October 8, 2019.
Organizations will be there to help with information, including Legal Aid of Sonoma County.
Local Sonoma County Fire Survivor Block Captains (all volunteers) are organizing and leading this rally.
