Think you don't qualify to file a creditor's claim in the PG&E Bankruptcy? You may not realize you have a claim until after the 10/21/19 deadline, when it will be too late. Also:
Important re SSI (Social Security disability benefits), Medi-Cal, IHSS (In-Home Support Services), HUD housing assistance, and other benefits with a needs-based test.
PG&E could be giving money to insurance companies instead of to fire survivors if you miss the 10/21/19 deadline to file a creditor's claim.
