THE CITY ENGINEER IS SEEKING TO REMOVE REFERENCES TO BUILDING ENVELOPES AND SETBACKS FROM EXISTING SUBDIVISION FINAL MAPS WITHIN THE RESILIENT CITY ZONES OF COFFEY PARK AND FOUNTAIN GROVE (AS INDICATED ON THE ATTACHMENTS) TO REDUCE CONSTRAINTS IN THE REBUILDING EFFORT. THIS MODIFICATION WILL ALLOW FOR PROPERTY OWNERS TO HAVE A WIDER SELECTION OF POTENTIAL HOUSE PLANS AND REBUILD OPTIONS, CONSISTENT WITH EXISTING ZONING DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the Planning Commission on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at or after 4:00PM, in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 100 Santa Rosa Avenue, Santa Rosa. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment and recommendations prior to the Planning Commission acting on the requested application.

The application has been filed by City of Santa Rosa. Said application(s) and applicable information are on file in Planning and Economic Development, Room 3, City Hall (100 Santa Rosa Avenue), and available for public inspection. The Department is open:
Monday: 8:00-4:30
Tuesday: 8:00-4:30
Wednesday: 10:30-4:30
Thursday: 8:00-4:30
Friday: 8:00-12:00
